hi terry i am sticking to the core protocol: if the water becomes cloudy, than the ionic silver has combined with something in the water and there are unknown chemical reactions. in your case, you are creating all kinds of silver compounds by mixing the ionic silver with other substances. you seem to be fine with this. i also do it on an empty stomach and swish it around in my mouth for a while before ingesting. i drank it once too soon after eating and my stomach objected.
