If you can not find the protocol may I suggest twice a day simply judging from the legnth of time the majority of CS remains in the body. Can't hurt and certainly would help. Also consider that the CS in the tissues will be "loading" so in all likelihood the first dose is not going to be as effective as the second.
Best to simply keep your horses on CS. Dump some into the trough or bucket every day and then you likely will never have to worry about this.
