Polio was NOT the issue I meant to focus on. The more important underlying question is why have folks sought out CS? DMSO? Vit's? Minerals? Would it be fair to ass-ume many have immune system breakdown - allergies, asthma, chronic fatigue syndrome, etc? Is there a connection? What is important is the host of other autoimmune challenges facing many folks and the potential relationship to SV-40 in the polio vaccination most everyone has had and in shots as late as 2002? What are the underlying causes to GWS? ME? MS? Cancers? Many other challenges? We are getting sicker as a nation - could there be a common thread? What about our kids? What happens when CS no longer brings relief? I had to ask those questions to deal successfully with polio - the mother of them all. I'll post on the OT list... Christine
