My advice was to increase protein intake as stress increases our protein needs. I did not specify meat as the only protein source. Meat in itself does not make people sick, it could be the toxins in it or the imbalance for what that individual needs. Lots of very healthy people eat meat from clean sources, handled with care and in a balanced diet.
