Hi Wayne, I make CS daily in a 1.5 gallon container to 20+ PPM using our high speed model SG7 Pro generator. I have some in HDPE soda bottles that is over 3 years old and it is still colorless and clear. Some was made as high as 45 PPM.
We provide a 5 gallon plastic food grade container with each of those generators. Works just fine. Go for it.
