Wayne, An alternate method to make larger quantities of CS is the continuous flow method, wherein distilled water slowly flows through a generation chamber and out into whatever storage container you want. I have no details on how to construct such a device, but I believe years ago it was described and you might find something in the archives. --Steve Y.
