The point on the inside of your right wrist, three finger widths
from the crease of your wrist is known as pericardium 6 or P6
in acupunture. Stimulating it will balance the cardiac rhythmn and
promote calmness. If you move up your forearm along the line from
P6 to midway btw the crease of your wrist and the crease of your
elbow you find a point known as P4. Pressing this point for 10min
3 times a day will make you feel younger and more energetic.
