Hello: Two days ago I had some extensive dental (bone and gum) surgery. The doctor wants me to take Cipro to prevent infection, but this stuff really scares me. Everything I have read about it indicates that it is really dangerous. I have been using a lot of CS, soaking the area with it several times a day and, as far as I can tell, it is not getting infected (although I am not sure what to look for - but the pain and swelling are beginning to subside).
Anyway, I was wondering if mixing MSM with CS will improve its ability to penetrate the gum tissue to the bone area. If so, how much would you mix in, or what proportions would you use.
