Hi Gladys, If me or a loved one had the pink eye problem, I'd do just what you did + I'd begin giving her CS 1 part + 2 parts Gatorade in small mouthfuls (holding & swishing the mixture in mouth for 2 minutes, then swallowing). I'd begin with a teaspoonful each, 3 times a day and then gradually increase to at least 1 oz CS + 2 oz Gatorade daily in divided doses. I'd continue this daily dosage for 100 years. I'd also fill a small mist spray bottle and gently spray into eyes 3 times a day; also, a CS wetted folded paper towel or cloth placed over closed eyes and forehead is excellent for headache relief.
