Hi folks,
I am getting too old for the eye stress of hi-speed scrolling thru the
Digests which are coming faster than I can get to read them. ONLY
BECAUSE people have not learned a simple thing to do:
If you want to reply to the list just:
1. Highlight the minimum amount of text relative to your reply in the
message as you read it.
2. Hit reply button. Your message will then only contain the specified
detail and not drive everyone nutz with untold multiple copies of the
material.
( Highlight : is to hold down the left mouse button as you run the cursor
along the ONE or TWO lines necessary to include as a reference in your reply)
let go at the end and hit REPLY either on top of your screen, or by RIGHT
clicking on your mouse and selecting REPLY there.
Like magic, only the necessary is included in your reply and billions of
little electrons won't be wasted and a lot of tired eyes will be grateful.
Now that can't be too hard can it?
It is becoming insane with some replies actually repeating up to five
complete copies of the whole subject.
Please learn to do it - this is a great list and this would make it so much
better.
