A good number of years ago I bought a Flanigan Neurophone because I was
intrigued by the concept.
It did work, in that you COULD hear through skin contact.
I worked with it for about a year, trying for the claims made for it, to no
avail.
For me, it was just an expensive diversion.
My opinion on Flanigan is that he's a charlatan, but he seems to be respected on
many boards, so, I dunno...
