Daddybob,
Lavender essential oil might do the same thing, with less
objectionable odor. I personally cannot stand the smell of Tea Tree
oil, it is really unbearable to me, though many people don't seem to
mind it. Lavender oil is miraculous for treating any kind of burn, too,
and insect bites and stings.
