I've never been able to decide which was worse - the Medical Mafia telling people, especially fatsos, not to eat salt ( will kill you) or people ignoring them and eating that white stuff ( will kill you)
It seems to become a matter of what kills us in the shortest time and what takes the longest.
I checked the sodium content of a number of foods. Not many have a significant amount.
The body does have the ability to conserve sodium when sweating. For years I disliked salt and never added it to any food.
I could sweat so much, the sweat would get in the eyes and blur the vision. Guess what? It was not salty. I was concerned. I researched this and found that one could sweat and not loose sodium.
When this happened, I knew it would be a good day. I could sweat all day and never get tired. Years later, I lost the ability to do this, learned to like salt, and today I add some salt to food.
No matter how deadly we think the salt is, ..... most of us better keep a supply handy, in the pocket, in the backpack, and use it frequently. That is, unless they are in the prime of life, the prime of health, as I was for many years.
