Hello Tony,Richard and listers, Yes, I quit taking cs, as I felt I would take a natural approach and try to give my body what it needed. But, I have had some finacial problems combine lately and have had to cut back on the extra supplements I was taking. I "caught" a cold or flu this past week. It was one of those where the sinus is swollen and you have to breath through the mouth. I made a quart of cs,5ppm, and starting drinking it a few ouces through out the day and evening. I had results in less than 12 hours. The sinus opened and the drainage has finally ended. This process took about 4 days to clear up as my silver levels in the cells was absent and needed replinishing...............I guess<grin>.
But, I have had mucus and phlem from the lungs hangling on. The whezzing is declining as well, and I'm now on my 2nd quart, this time it is 10 ppm. It's almost time to brew another batch. I'll try the gatorade/cs combination to see if I get the cs deeper into the tissues and start eating a few garlic cloves.. I guess my question is why is this necessary? It's a colloid and don't colloidal minerals reach EVERY CELL of the body anyway through natural processes, why dose my body need extra help like nebulilizing or a humidifier when it comes to the lungs or respraitory problems. I guess I have a stubborn case of something but, so is my question as well<VBG> I appreciate the help as I have obviously have missed something along the route. Thanks, Roger P.S. I was encouraged to read the post about cs not kiling good bacteria, as this was the main reason I quit taking cs daily. But, I haven't read anything more about it on the list other than someone questioning the post and the procedures for the testing.
