Wading through the BS and straight out contradictions on that site could take a while. Metcalf has been around forever! He may have even originated the use of sea salt in CS making. On his one site, he says it's illegal to sell generators. On his other site, he's selling generators. At first, I thought maybe someone had high jacked his name. Finding a solid connection between the two sites was a bit difficult but it's there.
Time has apparently had no effect other than reducing the cost of those battery packs by $50 to mere thievery. ..add a $49 wall wart? Wow, cool! There's something similar but made a little better selling for that [$100 USD] amount in Australia. At least it has real electrode mounts, not popsicle sticks.
