CS will not kill adult parasites but a couple of weeks or less (about 2 days
for me) of MSM will put up an interface between host and parasite that makes it
too slippery for them to hold on.
I took CS for a couple of years and although I felt well I didn't have the
stamina I had 20 years ago. I knew something was wrong (not age) so I ate the
same fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables until I was sure my stool was the same
consistency every day. Then tried the MSM and found adult parasites.

I was taking MSM twice a year for two weeks as a cleanser until recently when I
extended it for pain. I found apple cider worked for my pain and then found
that apple cider vinegar worked just as well.
I cut back on the CS and now I take a half tsp. MSM, 1 tsp. ACV and 1 tsp.
honey in 8oz. water three times a day.
I don't know what that combination will do down the road but right now I feel
the best I have in over 20 years.
I found O information searching MSM+ACV and all other combinations containing
apple, cider, vinegar, methylsufonylmethane. Should anyone know if this is a
good combination or not I would sure like to know. Until I find out I'll be the
Guinea pig.
