Probably not.
Unlike Outlook, I don't think Eudora 3 will attach anything unless you tell it to.

PS - Don't download any attachments even if they are .txt, they are most likely viruses (this is a new trend, and if someone, for example quackwatch.org, wants access to your computer, they will get it this way)
