I knew someone would ask that. I can only tell you that I read it when first checking out CS last Fall. I started at Silver Medicine.org and read linked articles. If it is an accurate figure it should not be too hard to confirm it. The folks that supply systems for boats that use silver should know.
I can tell you that I made a particular note to remember it as I wanted to try it at some point.
