A true colloid (all particles, no ions) could only be clear at very low 
particle concentrations below approx. 1 ppm. This assumes sub-nanometer 
particle size.

If you have ever found a true colloid that is clear with a particle 
concentration above 1 ppm I would like to test it in the lab as we have never 
seen such a product.
