You can sub to the list and select "no mail" or "special notices" and you will not receive any mail in your Inbox. You will have to read it on the web. You must register with Yahoo as well to select that option. You can then unsub at any time.
There are several emails that I have written to that list about Candida. In fact you may want to do a search of the archives on "Candida", as you will pull up several good posts with opinions from practitioners of UT in India. I really don't have one email to send you that has all the info in. If you need help subbing to the list I can add you directly but I am not sure I can select the no mail option, you may have to do that yourself.
