You may try xylitol, it has only 2 calories and 0 carbs per teaspoon. You can make some great tea, lemonaid, or other drinks . It is cristolized like sugar, and is made from the foam on top of a beer vat, or alcohol sugar, non refined or processed with chems. I use it as sub for anything I want sweet, it is one for one with sugar with out the harm. Look for bulk, its cheaper.
