Also ask them how they did the tests.
 Something as low as 10 to 20 PPM isn't easy to get accurate results.
 Titration doesn't cut it IMO
 Little pieces of paper compared to charts won't cut it.

 I sent samples the the NC State Department of Natural Resources Water Lab.
 All they do is water and then only for state agencies. [I know a
receptionist there who snuck the samples in under the table]
I don't believe the results at 45.5 PPM. average of 3 testing rounds.  I
would believe around 20 or less.
