You'd have to read the FDA labling requirements and all the fine print
both there and on the actual label to figure this one out...if it's not
just a bold faced lie.
 What the label 'says' and what the fellow 'says it means' could be
entirely different things.

 MSP "might" be a grandfathered substance allowed as an OTC [whatever] yet
still not "recognized" as 'safe and effective' as a "drug".
 The EPA..and maybe the FDA has recently recocongnized silver products to
be effective non toxic  dis-infectants.  Non toxic means you can drink it?
...Dis-infectant..For infections? 

 There are many ways to twist wording so it seems to say something it
really doesn't.

 The most commonly used line is this:
More doctors recommend "this" pill than all other pills combined.

 True statement!

[No doctor will recommend combining all other pills]
