CS should make a good preventative to mono, but since mono sets up in the lymph system, which Bob Beck says CS does not reach, I am not sure it will help once you have it. For the lymph system, Bob indicates that the magnetic pulser is the way to go.
Anyway, I would be interested in hearing if CS does help or not.
