The higer temerature makes people sweat but the lower humiity dries the sweat as fast as it comes out..so, no sweaty people, just people walking around with salt crystal rings on their clothing.
From personal experience...Wearing a long sleeve wool shirt at 115 degrees in S. Dakota Badlands is more comfortable than being naked at 90 degrees in NC...and a LOT drier.
