It is for me. Some batches do that, some don't, and some even turn cloudy brown. If you let it keep sitting there it will clear up eventually. Usually that is, if it doesn't clear in 24 hours, I add a little more peroxide. I have had some batches that were clear that never did show the cloudy reaction at all. The more color a batch has the stronger the cloudy reaction and the longer it takes to turn clear. It all varies a lot though.
