Have you tried eliminating foods you might be allergic to? Or looked into carb sensitivity? Some do not do well on carbs at all.
There are digestive enzymes that will help. Amylase is one, for carbs. Does your heart rate increase when you eat certain foods -- that could be a food allergy. The HR increase is due to adrenalin released in response to the allergen. Amylase in larger amounts is suppose to help some with allergy by breaking the carb-Histamine bond. I think there was a recent discussion with Donna on this list about this. Just received my Amylase from RGarden and will be trying it for seasonal allergies. I get bloat from eating carbs, but darn if I can compeltely escape them. My family cook loves them and is AB so guess what, they are good for her!
