If it's water soluable, perhaps it is disolving in the water... (The 30% water in your 70% DMSO.)

Sub-lingual B12 tablets are most certainly water soluble and mine did dissolve in the DMSO. Perhaps they were referring to the injectible form? Regardless I can tell that it is being delivered from the effect.
