Hi Dae & Gwlynda, Herx stands for Herxheimer Effect which occurs when you take high CS doses (as a beginner) before your body get used to it--when you have a large amount of infection and the CS kills a quantity of bAAD sttuff and there's a delay in bladder & stool removing the killed pathogens.
