There is **no** recommended dose based on any true science or hard data. The books and other literature just picked it out of the air! No one has ever done a dose-response curve and this is the only way to truly establish dose. Dose will vary with the situation as well.
Most people use 10-20 ppm because it is easy to make and does not fall out of suspension / solution as easily. I stick to 10 ppm with my SilverGen SG6 because that is most stable for me and I find the taste of it more tolerable than higher ppms. What is needed is one atom of CS per microbe. So it depends on how many microbes and where they are, how easy it is for the CS to reach them. DMSO or Gatorade will help CS penetrate tissues more deeply.
