I have given up on coconuts,the ones we get here must be as old as Methuselah.The milk is poor and the meat takes dynamite to get out of the shell, and you need the jaws of a pit-bull to chew the meat;which is tasteless.As for coconut oil,the best I could get locally is so awful tasting I wont even use it in cooking.
