Actually my experience does not bear this out. I use ~10 ppm and I drink
at least a cup a day, divided into 3-4 gulps. If there is something
going around or if I feel off I increase this up to a quart a day or
more. If I stick at my maintenance dose when I start to feel yucky or
fatigued I sometimes pop a fever blister, indicating to me that the
maintenance dose is not enough.

I don't think all the info is in on dose response with CS. But I can see
some advantage for a commercial CS operation to promote the idea that
very small quantities are all you need because they charge exhorbitant
prices for their CS. Likely due to the cost of a commercial production
set up and perhaps even to put some aside for legal costs? Making myself
I have none of those expenses or concerns. So I use it liberally on
myself and my animals. All of my dogs take it every day since we go to
public events where there are other dogs.

I simply see no reason not to be liberal with CS. I have had no signs of
Candida Overgrowth in the year I have been taking CS at this level. I do
not have any indications that it is doing anything but good for me and
my family, furr kids and humans alike.
