Hi. sorry not to have participated much, but i am a newcomer with a question.
I ordered some silver from 2 different supliers, one states it is ionic in a clear bottle and is `00 ppm . The other is 10ppm and is in a dark bottle, both were recommmended by members of this list, for which i am very gratefull.
What i want to know is do i take more or less of the 100ppm one and is ionic different.
If it is how is it different?
