I also have a similar problem and I temporarily got worse before getting better. I believe they call it the herxheimer effect. You are probably getting sick from the virus die off and that is actually a good thing. I couldn't do without my CS, my quality of life would be horrible without it. Keep trying it, I think it will help you, it has for me!
