I'm a bit late, but just want to mention that Dr. Schulze's Kidney Bladder Tonic works great also. I've used it for several years for myself and family, it seems to work fast and it's easy. He also has a kidney cleanse. You can get it from the America Botannical Pharmacy 1 800 HERB DOC. It shouldn't hurt to take this, too, along with CS. Sally
