Hi Brickey, Sorry to hear of your problem of bleeding ulcers and delighted you've found effective treatment--Nexium. Please give CS + Gatorade (or other electrolyte) by holding in mouth as you describe several minutes, then swallowing. Also, inexpensive Papaya Enzyme Chewable Tablets. This combination has relieved my wife & myself of gastritis, gas, and other discomforting symptoms--to the point, that we no longer have other medications for this (such as Prilosec)--Nor Need them.
