Mike, When I use the inverted funnel with the Silverpuppy, I do end up with a slight straw color and especially the brewing jar will turn quite yellow after many repeated uses because I do not clean it out, just simply pour out the completed cs and pour in clean DW to brew another batch. I am imagining that is producing at least a 20 ppm brew if it is yellowing that much. At least that was what Ode Coyote told me, when using the inverted funnel, it acts like a magnetic stirrer and produces higher ppm. Maybe I should go back to using it.
The anodes also get a black soot on it that wipes off and sometimes I can see spanish moss (I like the term somebody else came up with : Dog hairs) dripping off of one anode. The magnification of the jar makes it look HUGE, LOL. When I stopped using the inverted funnel (magnetic stirrer) the anodes are just a soft grey with much less black "soot" to wipe off. I guess I won't worry about adding H202. Holding CS in my mouth for 10 minutes might be a stretch, I can make it about 3 min. Teaching my dog to do it is another matter, LOL! Seriously, the stuff seems to work for people who just chug down the basic 5-10 ppm stuff and seemingly it works for their pets who don't do sublingual.
