I do use CS daily, so, yes it is in cojunction with CS. Unfortunately, by the time the CS gets to the bladder it is pretty diluted and not able to do much of a job there. I purchase mine d-Mannose from www.Sagewomanherbs.com The dosage is on the container. You would use a different dosage every day for four days.
