An old mentor of mine in India said to understand such things is

Strange fact: More Returnee children are found in Kashmir zone than almost

When I went to visit the grave Of Jesus in Kashmir, a very small girl of

English. Then an amah came and took her away. Later as I was leaving my
hotel, a man approached me through the Hotel Manager with one question: As
his daughter was seen to be understood by me, would I tell him what
language it was, please?
She had suddenly started talking in English a year before and drove them
nutz with it. I passed the details on to a good friend of mine in Delhi,
who unfortunately, was later murdered.
