In response to Your Question--YOU are definitely NOT dispensable; however, Garnet, who is a great, unselfish contributor to this Site has a great sense of humor which occasionally does NOT state what she meant. I interpreted Garnet's words to mean that everyone should take CS regularly and NOT have to worry about whether or not some bug comes your way, since CS will put on your gospel-armor, and probably protect you and your loved ones.
