Last year I was speaking to a doctor in Ukraine about Beck's work with EIS. She told me it had been done earlier by medical researchers in Soviet Ukraine led by an Academician Leonid A. Kul'skii, was widely published in many editions, and was put to use from village wells to spacecraft. Does anyone know anything further about this? Thanks in advance for your input.
