Bruce is a good fellow. I imagine you're not going to go too far wrong. 
There are, of course, a hundred ways to make a CS generator, all with 
different details and some major differences...

Sounds good. The "fluff" that you're getting on the stainless electrode 
should be silver and/or silver oxides, possibly in a matt of small gas 
bubbles.

If you'd like to be absolutely sure, just replace the stainless 
electrode with a silver one. Then switch 'em every few months to keep 
the wear even. Silver isn't *that* expensive!
