i wonder if a little screening might have helped at columbine i dont like government intervention any more than anyone else
but i know what these situations are like i was a crime scene technician for the government and after military service I did the same for private police departments. My specialties all revolved around death, violence and caused by a wide gamut of people with mental problems i have picked up a lot of dead kids - i never did learn to enjoy it of poking thru the heads of kids helps to save a life down the road or help a kid put his or her life together then so be it many parents could never afford the screening btw i worked in a high school for several years you know kids have a rough time of it now they are a bit vicious they kill each other what if some day you wake up with a dead kid or find out that your kid has a serious problem which could effect the lives of others. What if? yes it might be nice to know i am a Nam vet too so I guess I know what head trips are all about just an opinion - you do what you feel is right but always consider the other side. steve ----- Original Message ----- From: "Marshall Dudley" <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Tuesday, November 16, 2004 8:18 AM Subject: CS>Screening kids, pt. 3 > ACTION ALERT > > November 15, 2004 > > > Congressman Ron Paul's letter expressing opposition to mandatory > mental-health screening of children was sent to Chairman Ralph Regula > last Friday.
