I think DMSO reacts with hydroxyl free radicals i.e. OH, whereas peroxide is a free radical in its own right H2O2. In theory it should not react with DMSO.

I am curious to know what you base this on. It is my understanding that DMSO being a strong anti-oxidant will simply cancel out the strong
oxidizing effect of H2O2.
