Hi Sue, I order the bottom one, the 99.9% at $8.77 a bottle. There may be cheaper, but I tired of going through the checkout process again and again and finding only then that they don't ship outside the US and Canada. These people have consistently delivered, and I normally get it within a week of buying it. The postage is a bit of a shock, but then you have to balance that against not being able to get it at all. Quite a number of things, like MSM powder and vitamin C, are cheaper to buy in the US, even with shipping costs, than in my local health food shop.
I have taken it internally, but we generally use it diluted with CS on our skin and I use it in my sinuses again diluted with CS. It's amazing for bruises. If you apply it to a bruise, best diluted to 50% or less with CS, immediately after the injury, it stops any further damage from the free radicals generated by the ruptured cell contents. This damage causes most of the pain from a bruise, and all the different colours you get, from iron and copper free radicals. In short, it stops bruises in their tracks. It's good for all sorts of other things, as you have learned here, but stopping bruising is a quite dramatic one.
