My opinion of SOTA is very good; I recently received a letter from
them indicating that they are, from now on, selling products only to
members of a new online group they are forming. The purpose is to
allow members who purchase their products to openly discuss their use
of the products. They have not given full details yet. I think
they are doing the right thing.
As things stand now, SOTA can not tell me anything about the products
I have purchased from them. Under the new system, perhaps they can.
NB SOTA has a low-cost silver maker/pulser for developing countries.
Good for them!

I have two. I'm very pleased with them, and with dealing with them as

I have had problems with both WOZ4s - one got very noisy, and one
died, both after heavy daily use for over a year, but they fixed them
both quickly and efficiently, even sent a replacement to tide me over.

My son did.
