I agree with Jimmy Joe;I have a Solaray Ultrasonic Humidifier and ever since I started using it with CS, I have not had to go to the Dr. every year about this time to get a 'script for ABX because of Bronchial pneumonia.I am in my early eighties and this pneumonia would hit me without fail.I have been using the Solaray for about five years now with CS and when I breathe deeply I can feel the mist right down to the bottom of my lungs.The first warning sign of BPneumonia is a tightness in the chest with a dry cough.About three sessions of five minutes inhaling usually does the trick.I put in five drops of 35% food grade H202 per quart of CS . Needless to say,I am happy with it. Harold
