Alot of work has been done with enzyme supplementation among recovered drug
addicts and alcoholics.

I agree with Quacky that a healthy individual is not likely to notice any
effect of taking enzymes, and enzyme supplemention is not likely as cut and
dry as "take some enzymes and live disease free" like some of the anti-aging
promo experts will tout.

You'll notice that Dr. Gary Vicher notes that with severe chronic conditions
( this not dealing directly with enzymes ), it can take a decade or more for
supplementation and dietary corrections to have a lasting impact.  While in
this case, he was speaking of Schizophrenia, I think this is true with many
conditions.
