Hi Delores, and welcome to the list (can't remember seeing your name before, so
either you're new, or I need to start taking ginkgo again)!

Short and simple, if you make claims, you'll end up getting a letter or two
from the FDA as well as the FTC (been there, seen it, done it). As long as you
don't make the standard claims (or any claims for that matter), you'll be
alright, which is fine, because people that are looking for silver most likely
already know the benefits.

On a side note, are you any relation to Mark Metcalf? He was (as far as I
know) one of the forerunners in getting the word out about colloidal silver, oh
so many years ago.

  Members,
I need some advice on what I can say on the websight I am creating to sell
colloidal silver. With the FDA regulations, exacally what can I say about CS
to prevent getting cyber letters or shut down? Does anyone have anything I can
cut and paste to my websight? I really need suggestions on how to let persons
who come to my websight know the benefits of CS and to know that they want to
purchase it. Can I say anything???
  Thank you for your help.
