Is the time frame right on this? I have always assumed that a herx would show up much faster than a few hours, something more on the order of a few minutes to maybe 10 or 15 minutes. Anyone have experience with herx that can give some insight on this. I always recommend an interval of about 30 minutes, not a few hours. If that is too fast I need to know.
